Jon Lawrence has lived in Austin, Texas for the past 21 years and
has been an active producer of art through the birth of cooperative
gallery space, East Side Artist Coop, a zine, theywhosearch,
and many exhibitions across the United States of his clothing line
darkeyes clothing.

His continued support of the arts through working with Big Medium
has given this city a chance to bring the national spot light on
young Texas Artists through the show, the Texas Biennial.

His works has developed through illustrations, painting, and silk-
screen to fabrication of paper dress and mixed media sculptures,
which will be shown at various events throughout the 2011 season.
